CEDAR BAY CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT The Cedar Bay development sits on the northern portion of the Coconut Grove Resort & Fishing Lodge property, which is a beachfront resort development situated in Staniard Creek, Andros, Bahamas. The property sits astride the beaches and is just 2 minutes away from Kamalame Cay, an exclusive 96-acre private island hideaway. Our vision is to create a home atmosphere for the growing number of visitors that come to our shores annually and have come to love Andros, its marine life, and its friendly people. Each Condo unit will be offered for sale at pre-construction pricing. Each Condominium investor will have the option to make material changes to the interior of the structure giving him the opportunity to have his unit fashioned to his liking. Each prospective investor would have to reserve a condominium unit by placing ten percent (10%) of the purchase price of that unit in an escrow account set up to be held and managed by the escrow agent for the development company. Until a purchase contract is executed between the prospective buyer and Cedar Bay Development, each prospective buyer maintains the option to request the withdrawal of his funds from the escrow account and withdraw his offer to invest. The details of this procedure are outlined in the Reservation Agreement. Upon purchase, each Condominium buyer will receive a deed for his unit. Additionally, he will pay any applicable property taxes plus a monthly maintenance fee for the unit. All condominiums will have the option to be re-invested in to a rental pool, from which the property management company will market the units for rent.
